Jogo do Bilhão

Privacy Policy

Last updated: October 23, 2026

Summary

  • You don't need to sign up or give us your real name, email or phone number to play.
  • The nickname you choose for the leaderboard is stored only on your device. It is never sent to us.
  • The game shows ads from Google AdMob, which collects device data to serve and measure ads. You can limit this in your phone settings.
  • We do not sell your data.

1. Who we are

Jogo do Bilhão (the “game” or “app”), available on Android and iOS, is developed by LGR Mobile Ltda., a company registered in Brazil under CNPJ 19.798.077/0001-87 (“we” or “us”). We are the controller of the data described in this policy, under the Brazilian General Data Protection Law (Law No. 13,709/2018, “LGPD”).

For any privacy question, contact us at lgrmobileapps@gmail.com.

2. Data we process

Leaderboard nickname. To appear on the leaderboard, you can type a nickname. It is stored only on your device to build the local leaderboard, and it is not sent to our servers or shared with anyone. We recommend not using your full name or other personal information as your nickname.

Data collected for ads. The game uses Google AdMob to show ads. The AdMob SDK may automatically collect:

  • your device's advertising identifier (the IDFA on iOS, only if you allow it, and the advertising ID on Android);
  • your IP address and the approximate location derived from it;
  • device information such as model, operating system, language and carrier;
  • interactions with ads, such as views and taps, and SDK diagnostic and performance data.

Question updates. When the game downloads new questions over the internet, our servers may log technical connection data, such as IP address, date and time. We use these logs only to deliver the content and keep the service secure.

We do not collect your name, email, phone number, contacts, photos or precise (GPS) location.

3. How we use the data

  • Running the game: showing your nickname on the local leaderboard and delivering new questions.
  • Ads: showing ads, limiting how often they repeat, measuring performance and preventing fraud. Ads are what keep the game free.
  • Personalized ads: only when you allow them (see section 5). Without that permission, ads may be non-personalized, based on context and approximate location.

The LGPD legal bases we rely on are legitimate interest (to run the game, show non-personalized ads and keep it secure) and your consent (for personalized ads).

4. Sharing with third parties

We share data only with Google, which provides AdMob, within the limits described above. Google processes this data under the Google Privacy Policy and explains how it uses data from partner apps in How Google uses information from sites or apps that use our services. We only work with partners that provide the same or equal protection of data as described in this policy.

We may also disclose data when required by law or by order of a competent authority. We do not sell or rent personal data.

5. How to control ads

  • iOS: the app asks for your permission before using the advertising identifier (App Tracking Transparency). You can change your choice at any time in Settings > Privacy & Security > Tracking.
  • Android: in Settings > Google > Ads (or Settings > Privacy > Ads), you can delete or reset your advertising ID.
  • You can also manage personalized Google ads in My Ad Center.

6. Retention and deletion

Your nickname and leaderboard stay on your device until you delete them. To delete them, clear the app's data in your phone settings or uninstall the game. Since we never receive this data, you don't need to ask us to delete it.

Data collected by AdMob is retained by Google for the periods set out in its policies. Our server technical logs are deleted periodically and are not kept longer than needed for the purposes above.

7. Your rights

Under the LGPD, you can ask us to confirm whether we process your data, and to give you access to, correct, anonymize, block or delete it. You can also request data portability and information about who we share it with, and you can withdraw your consent at any time.

To exercise these rights, write to lgrmobileapps@gmail.com. We reply within 15 days. You may also file a complaint with Brazil's National Data Protection Authority (ANPD) or with the data protection authority where you live.

8. Children

The game is intended for a general audience. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has given us personal data, contact us at lgrmobileapps@gmail.com and we will delete it.

9. Security

We use reasonable technical and administrative measures to protect data, such as encrypted (HTTPS) connections to our servers. No system is completely secure, but we work to reduce the risks.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy, for example if the game gets new features. The date at the top of this page shows the latest update. If a change is significant, we will let you know in the app.
