It may be an internet connection issue. Connect to a Wi-Fi network and try downloading the game again.
Is the prize money real?+
No. Jogo do Bilhão is a fictional game, made for entertainment.
I have 1 GB free, but it says there isn't enough space. Why?+
That free space is probably on your SD card. Check the space available for installing apps on the internal storage.
How do I delete my nickname and the leaderboard?+
Your nickname and leaderboard are stored only on your device. To delete them, clear the app's data in your phone settings (Android) or uninstall the game (Android and iOS).
How do I turn off personalized ads?+
On iOS, go to Settings > Privacy & Security > Tracking. On Android, go to Settings > Google > Ads. See our Privacy Policy for details.
